Our style:
Our style is a headhunting. We think this is more targeted, time and cost effective way of recruitment. We also have a bunt of CVs ready for our client by our several years of experience. We know the industry, we know the market, we know the people, and thus, we can find a right people.

Before we undertake any assignment, we like to go and meet with our client personally. At the meeting, we will discuss the role, and what type of person they are looking for. It also gives us n opportunity to get the feel for the client work environment and the type of people who work there. This gives us a greater opportunity to target people who have the best personality it for the company cultures as well as being a good fit with work experience. We can also establish how our client likes to be serviced. Do they want to see CVs as we go along? Do they wish to see a short list all at once? Each client has different ideas on how to work and it is at this meeting we establish how best we can satisfy your needs.

In all cases we conduct verbal references on our candidates if they are about to be offered a job. We find that verbal references are more reliable than written references. Where clients wish us to do so, we will also check the academic records of the candidates.

We guarantee that if one of our candidates leaves or is dismissed within 4 months period from his/her starting date, we will undertake a new assignment to replace the candidate with no extra charge to our client.

If after six week period, we are unable to find a suitable replacement, we will credit 100% of the payment against future searches.

We offer a fee on the percentage of yearly earnings of the candidates it places.

Fee levels can vary based on the type of services a client selected. In addition, a special rates can be negotiates when large volume recruitment need to be undertaken.

Prior to undertaking any assignment for the client, we will outline the relevant fee structure and produce a written agreement outlining our obligations to one another.
